Easter Seals is a long standing non-profit organization dedicated to
providing needed services to persons with or without disabilities.
Easter Seals Miami-Dade offers educational, vocational, counseling, and
therapeutic assistance to special needs students from birth to age 22.
Easter Seals has also developed an outstanding adult day care program
to assist the families dealing with a relative suffering from
Alzheimer’s.
Out-of-School Services is the newest department of Easter Seals
Miami-Dade. Our qualified professionals go out into the community,
forming valuable partnerships with Miami-Dade Public Schools in an
effort to provide Out-of-School Services to targeted low performing
students.
The aim of Easter Seals’ Out-of-School Services is to ultimately create
community collaboration to uphold the purpose and objectives of current
programs.
