Come join us as we embark upon an exciting
new journey for the 2007-2008 school year.
Miami Springs Middle School launched Get
SET! (Science,
Engineering,
and Technology) - a magnet
curriculum that will prepare students for the future by teaching them
to process information at all levels:
- Knowledge
- Comprehension
- Application
- Analysis
- Synthesis
- Evaluation
This will be accomplished through a first of
its kind partnership with the Miami Museum of Science &
Planetarium. Students will receive training, mentoring, work
experience, academic enrichment, and enhanced technology skills -
giving them a head start for the demands of an increasingly complex
world.
This partnership is supported by everything
else that makes Miami Springs Middle School special:
